If you have spent any time building with AI, you know the problem. The output looks impressive. Then you try to ship something real and it falls apart. The prompts that worked in demos stop working under pressure. The context window fills up. The model hallucinates a function that does not exist. You end up spending more time fixing AI output than you would have spent writing the code yourself.

That gap between what AI promises and what it delivers in production, that is what this blog is about.

Who This Is For

Developers and founders who are serious about building with AI. Not the hype. The actual systems, workflows, and tools that work when you are shipping real products to real customers.

If you want theory, there are better places. If you want to know how to set up Claude Code so it stops repeating the same mistakes, how to build an automation that actually saves 10 hours a week, or how to use AI in your stack without turning your codebase into a mess, you are in the right place.

Who I Am

I am Danny Younes. I build AI tools for businesses. My flagship product is an AI-powered stock management platform for logistics companies at sporting venues. I write about what I learn in the process of building.

I started this blog because most AI content is either too shallow (here are 10 ChatGPT prompts) or too academic (here is a paper on transformer architectures). I wanted something in the middle. Practical. Specific. Built on what actually works in production.
